I Let ChatGPT Plan My Summer Vacation 2025 – You Won’t Believe the Results

I Let ChatGPT Plan My Summer Vacation 2025 Vacation

Every year, the same question comes up: how to have a memorable summer? This time, I let an artificial intelligence suggest ideas. Not just any AI: ChatGPT, the tool everyone’s talking about lately. The result? A summer plan that was… unexpected. Here’s what the AI suggested for a “perfect” summer 2025.

1. A Getaway to Slovenia Instead of Mykonos

First surprise: instead of recommending the crowded beaches of the Mediterranean, ChatGPT pointed me to Slovenia. A small, discreet country nestled between Italy and Croatia, with turquoise lakes, spectacular caves, and breathtaking hikes. The AI especially praised Lake Bled and the Soča Valley. Fewer tourists, more authenticity? Tempting.

2. Rethinking Summer Fashion: Goodbye Shorts, Hello Loose Linen

When it comes to clothing, no more overly “Instagrammable” outfits. The AI suggests going back to basics: linen clothes, natural tones, comfortable sandals. The goal: breathe, move freely, and avoid heat strokes. A more sustainable and confident style, far from influencer trends.

3. Ditch Instagram and Send One Postcard per Week

Surprisingly, the AI didn’t advise me to vlog daily. Nope. It encouraged me to disconnect… and reconnect with a forgotten gesture: sending postcards. One per week, to loved ones. “A printed memory is sometimes worth more than a selfie,” it told me. True enough.

4. Learn a Musical Instrument (Even If You’re Bad at It)

Another wacky but appealing idea: spend an hour a day with an instrument. According to the AI, the ukulele is perfect for summer. Light, cheerful, easy to carry. The goal? Create a new kind of connection with others, away from screens. Even if there are missed notes.

5. Try a “Plant-Based Summer” Without Deprivation

Lastly, food-wise, ChatGPT suggested trying an “80% vegetarian” summer. Not to follow a trend, but to explore new flavors. Watermelon-feta salads, roasted chickpea tacos, homemade oat milk ice cream. Surprisingly, it all sounds pretty appetizing.

The Verdict? A summer that breaks free from clichés… and Maybe More Real

Letting an AI guide me, I expected a generic plan. I got the opposite: a simple, curious, human summer. From Slovenia to postcards, through off-key ukulele tunes, I might be in for a richer summer than expected. Turns out, even a machine can sometimes bring us back to what matters most.

Since my childhood, I’ve always been drawn to technology. I used to spend hours digging around the internet, testing things, and trying to understand how everything worked. At 16, I launched my very first website — a moment I still remember clearly. A few years later, I created Wilnick Magazine, a project that truly reflects who I am. There, I share the things that excite me most: series, music, tech... My goal? To share it all in a simple, honest, and passionate way — so everyone can find something that speaks to them.
